Routine Repairs

All routine repair requests may be reported to Inclusive Neighborhoods Housing Corporation (INHC) by contacting INHC Maintenance at 937-800-2013 ext. 1 or via email. If you have any questions regarding the status of a maintenance request, please contact our office at 937-800-2013 ext. 1 or via email.

Emergency Repairs


All emergencies must be reported by calling 937-800-2013. Do NOT email emergency requests.

Please leave message to include description of issue requiring emergency repair, property address, name and contact phone number.

  • For emergencies during regular business hours, please call INHC Maintenance at 937-800-2013 ext. 1.

  • Please do not call after hours phone with issues that are NOT emergencies. Only emergency calls will receive services after regular business hours and/or on weekends/holidays. An after-business hour fee may apply. Use of the INHC maintenance for after hours, weekend and/or Holiday repairs for non-emergencies may result in tenants being charged. Please refer to your home guide.

After Business Hours (Emergency Lock-Outs)

  • For lock-out situations occurring outside of regular business hours, we offer an emergency lock-out service. However, please note that this service is subject to availability and not guaranteed.

  • We charge a minimum fee of $85.00 for emergency lock-outs after business hours. This fee covers the cost of dispatching maintenance personnel or staff to help you regain access to your home or apartment.

Special Projects

Occasionally, we may have to do extensive work to a property. We will work with you and your provider to inform you of the work schedule and ensure that the work is completed at a time that works for us all. Special projects might include new flooring installation, painting the interior of home, major kitchen or bathroom renovations.

Note: Any special project requested will be evaluated by INHC.
