Our Leadership Team

Inclusive Neighborhoods Housing Corporation’s Board of Trustees are a group of community volunteers committed to supporting and upholding the Mission of the Corporation. The Board meets six times a year, at minimum, on the last Wednesday of the following months: January, March, May, July, September and November. Additional meetings may be held as needed, and meeting dates and times are subject to change.

Carriaretha Paschal, Chief Executive Officer

Mrs. Paschal is the CEO of Inclusive Neighborhoods Housing Corporation. Prior to being named CEO by the Board of Trustees, she oversaw INHC as its general manager for seven years directing all aspects of property management to include new construction projects and residential renovations. Before joining Inclusive Neighborhoods Housing Corporation, she served as assistant executive director of Greene Metropolitan Housing Authority. She has nearly 25 years of leadership and business management experience within government and non-profit organizations. Carri holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work Degree from Wright State University and a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University. Carri is a licensed social worker with a history of working with underserved populations to include the homeless, individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, individuals with developmental disabilities and victims of domestic violence.  Carri’s personal passion and professional work experience has always connected the value of housing to a person’s good physical and mental health.  

Carri is married to entrepreneur Aaron Paschal and they celebrated their 24th anniversary in the Fall of 2023.  They live in Clayton, Ohio and have two adult children living in Brooklyn, New York and Hampton, Virginia.
